The Advantages and Misconceptions of Teddy Dogs

Let’s first talk about several advantages of Teddy dogs. Firstly, they have a light body odor. Secondly, they don’t shed. Thirdly, they are small – breed dogs.

First, light body odor

My Teddy dog takes a bath once a week, and basically, there’s hardly any smell on its body. There’s only a slight smell of its hair when it’s being dried.

In the first few days after a bath, it smells fragrant.

However, if its paws get wet when it goes out, they must be wiped dry when it comes back. Otherwise, not only will bacteria grow, but it will also emit an unpleasant odor, similar to foot odor.

Second, non – shedding

Teddy dogs are a rare breed among long – haired dogs that don’t shed.

Each strand of its hair is curly, just like a person with a perm, which makes it extremely cute.

Because it doesn’t shed, many pet – keeping families, especially those allergic to hair, choose it as their top pick.

Third, small – breed dogs suitable for urban living

There are many restrictions on raising large – breed dogs. In many places, they are not allowed.

Teddy dogs are small in size and don’t need a large space for activities. A person can take it out for shopping or a walk, and the Teddy will be very happy.

Due to its small physique, its food intake is also small, resulting in low expenses.

Moreover, Teddy dogs are a very stable breed. They are not prone to getting sick and have a good constitution.

I have a two – year – old Teddy dog. When it has just had a bath and a haircut, it’s really, really cute, just like a little child. You can’t help but want to kiss and hug it.

Nowadays, more and more families are raising dogs, but there are also more and more uncivilized dog – raising behaviors.

Especially with Teddy dogs, because there are so many of them being raised, with a large base number, some uncivilized dog – raising behaviors are bound to occur.

Among these, the behaviors of being overly barky and being a bit of a nuisance are the most annoying.

Many people think that Teddy dogs are very fond of barking, but they are really wronged.

Teddy dogs are not a breed that particularly likes to bark. They only bark when they feel threatened or are extremely happy.

Those that like to bark are usually the ones that are used to being the “boss” at home and look down on everyone outside.
