In my life, Tu Tu the Siamese cat and her son Da Sang are irreplaceable treasures. They are like two bright stars, illuminating my ordinary days, and I’m deeply enchanted by their unique charm.
Tu Tu is a Siamese cat full of personality, with some endearing yet frustrating “little flaws.” Despite all my efforts, she persists in urinating on the bed. Her extreme sensitivity and jealousy make me cautious when interacting with other cats. She’s picky, only favoring Royal Siamese breed cat food, and her cleanliness – focused behavior, like intently cleaning her paws after using the litter box, never fails to amuse me. However, these imperfections piece together to form the one – of – a – kind Tu Tu, and my love for her only grows stronger.
Da Sang, Tu Tu’s son, has been special since birth. As the third of three kittens, he’s the largest in size. Unlike his two brothers, who have snow – white fur and small black faces, Da Sang has long hair. In his childhood, he often had frizzy hair due to static electricity, and his fluffy big tail is constantly swaying. His fur is a dull gray color, with only a bit of white at the tip of his tail. In childhood photos with his brothers, Da Ben and Da Meng, he looks out of place, like a little “outsider” who accidentally wandered in.

Da Sang has a distinct personality. He’s incredibly lazy, showing little interest in moving around since he was a kitten. His day is mainly filled with eating, sleeping, and lying around, and he doesn’t even like sunbathing. But as soon as he sees cat food cans, he comes to life, as if infused with boundless energy. His eager appearance is both funny and endearing. Da Sang also has a loud voice and loves to meow, which is how he got his name. Interestingly, he enjoys “chatting” with people. Whenever someone in the family speaks, he meows in response. This back – and – forth often brings laughter to my parents.
However, Da Sang’s gluttony and tendency to meow a lot are his two main “flaws.” Whenever we eat, he impatiently cries out for cat food cans, as if saying, “I want delicious food too!” And every morning at five or six o’clock, he appears by my pillow, meowing non – stop, urging me to get up and pet him. No matter how I pretend to be asleep or turn over, he doesn’t give up. He persistently meows right in front of my face until I reach out and stroke him, only then does he contentedly enjoy the affection. Da Sang also has many strange sleeping postures. Sometimes he lies on his back with all four limbs stretched out, and other times he curls up into a ball. His cute and comical appearance always brings me unexpected surprises and joy.
Although Tu Tu and Da Sang have their own shortcomings, in my eyes, they are perfect. They are not just my pets; they are my family, an indispensable part of my life. With their companionship and love, they fill every corner of my life, making ordinary days colorful and warm. I only wish time could slow down so that I can have more time to accompany them and watch them grow up healthily and happily by my side. In the days to come, no matter what happens, I will always protect them tightly because they are the most precious beings in my life, the furry children I’m willing to love with all my heart for a lifetime.
