My Siamese cat Mimi is an essential bright color in my life. Although it’s a male cat, I gave it a rather cute name – Miemie, but everyone is used to calling it Mimi. Mimi has been in my home for more than six months. When it first arrived, it was still an innocent “pretty boy” with big, round eyes full of curiosity about this new environment. It sniffed and looked around, as if carefully determining its own territory. When it slept, its soft body was like a soft scarf, and at the same time, it looked a bit like a “crazy snake”, with a very interesting posture.
In order to provide Mimi with a comfortable living environment, I specially bought a cat tree for it. But unexpectedly, after playing with it for a while, it left it behind and walked away. Fortunately, I managed to take a few handsome photos of it in time, which can be regarded as precious moments of its interaction with the cat tree. Mimi has a special love for bags. As long as there is any bag that it can crawl into, it will try its best to get in, and then lie inside comfortably, quietly observing the outside world, as if the small bag is its safe little nest. In addition, it also likes boxes and is even curious about the washing machine, always getting inside. I’m really worried that one day, accidentally, it will be “washed clean” by the washing machine, which is really concerning.

As time goes by, Mimi is also growing up. Now it has reached the “coal – mining tenth level” state, and its face is so black that it’s even impossible to find it in the dark. I even suspect that a filter can make it several levels darker. Mimi is extremely clingy and is simply my little follower. Wherever I go, it follows. What’s most impressive is that every time I come home from work, before I even enter the door, I can hear it meowing heartbreakingly at home. The sound makes it seem as if I, the owner, haven’t “favored” it well during the day and made it suffer a great deal of grievance. So as soon as I get home, I must give it a big hug to comfort its young and sensitive heart.
However, Mimi is not just clingy and curious. Sometimes it also shows a cold and elegant side, like an elegant prince. Looking at its lonely back, I even can’t help but want to scare it from behind to see its cute reaction. When I’m not at home, Mimi seems to become the master of the house, freely patrolling its “territory”. Moreover, Siamese cats truly deserve the title of “the dog among cats”. When I take a shower, it will squat at the door on guard, as if protecting my safety. When I pick vegetables, it will quietly lie beside my legs, accompanying me silently. At night, Mimi is particularly interested in small insects. Even for a tiny flying insect as small as the eye of a needle, it will observe it seriously for half an hour. Its focused appearance is really cute.
Once, it also found a flower – covered crab. Although the flower – covered crab might look really ugly, Mimi didn’t seem to care and was still full of curiosity about it. Mimi always shouts loudly before taking a bath, as if expressing its dissatisfaction and resistance. But after taking a bath, it will seriously groom itself alone. If anyone touches it, it won’t be happy. Its self – satisfied and cute appearance really makes people laugh.
Mimi is such a Siamese cat full of personality and charm. Every move and every expression of it deeply touches my heart. Although sometimes it can be naughty and cause me some small troubles, it brings me endless joy and warmth more often. I cherish every moment of getting along with Mimi and look forward to it bringing me more interesting and unforgettable stories in the future. Now, Mimi is calling me to clean up its litter. I have to go quickly. I will continue to share its interesting stories with you later!
