BaoBao came last November when she was three months old. After my first Dragon Li cat was in heat and unfortunately jumped off the building, I adopted BaoBao from an elder sister at the animal protection organization. They look extremely alike. So far, she has never had any major or minor illnesses. However, this also depends on each cat’s constitution.
Because my previous Dragon Li cat had feline viral rhinotracheitis and skin diseases as soon as it arrived home. It took more than a month to treat it. Just when it was almost recovered, it went into heat and jumped off the building. I hope it gets well soon in cat heaven. I think this is closely related to the nutrition in the first few months after birth. I suspect BaoBao has an iron – clad constitution.

On the first day BaoBao came: She was already lying on my lap. I could only carefully observe this cat with fluffy fur from behind. I wasn’t sure what color it was, a mix of black and yellow, but not a calico. I thought she was really beautiful. Her erect ears made her look like a fairy. When I stroked her, she kept coming closer, and her head would move around under my chin. She was incredibly clingy. A big stone in my heart dropped. She adapted much faster than my first adopted orange cat, which didn’t eat, drink, or show itself for a week.
This look. What else could it be but flirting?
The photos on my phone may not capture it well, but in reality, her fur is really fluffy, as if it has a natural feather – like effect.
I forget how long she had been here, but she had already made herself at home on the bed. Isn’t her pink nose really cute?
She would climb all over me, using me as transportation.
She really loved playing with cardboard boxes, playing without caring about her image.
She liked lying on high places on the human body.
She liked circling around my feet and showing her belly.
She would never let the big cat steal the spotlight.
The following pictures were taken when she was a bit older. Warm reminder: If you leave a cardboard box around for a long time, it really will grow a cat! 不信你看:
When she was about six or seven months old, I took her to be neutered.
Before the anesthesia wore off, she stumbled into my arms. It was so warm. She recovered very quickly after neutering. The next day, she was jumping around and dashing about, which made people worried. This is why I say she’s in great health.
Recently, I’ve noticed that she has a tendency to gain weight. Her belly is starting to show faintly. It looks like a piece of cake. I want to take a bite.
She has given up on facial expression management. Ugly or not, that’s just how it is.
Please ignore the double layer of fat on her belly. Even a beauty has her pride, you know.
This picture makes her look so silly.
Wink~
The previous photo was a group photo of her and her “brother”. When they had just woken up, the two of them were really ugly – cute. Cats are such creatures that their appearance is never fixed from moment to moment. The expression when she licks her paws is really fascinating.
However… Once she pays attention to facial expression management…
emmm……
Just……
She’s stunningly beautiful!
