—————————— Update on the Mid-Autumn Festival on October 4, 2017——————————

Today is the Mid-Autumn Festival, the festival of eating mooncakes.

Since it is a festival, let’s make it more grand. Here

are two mooncake recipes for dogs: one is baked, and the other is steamed. First, the first mooncake for dogs made by baking: crispy skin chicken mooncake.

Because some peanuts are added to the crust, this mooncake is crispy and fragrant after baking; and the filling is delicious and nutritious, Taozi likes it very much.

The following is the specific method.

Ingredients list:

First make the mooncake crust.

Use a spoon to stir it into coarse particles, then knead it into dough.

Set it aside to let the various ingredients fall in love with each other.

In addition, the peanuts are made like this.

Because no oil is added during frying, it is necessary to stir fry continuously to prevent the peanuts from burning.

The characteristic of fried peanuts is that they no longer make a slight popping sound, but the aroma of cooked peanuts can be smelled.

If you like to eat peanuts, you might as well make more at a time and save them. You can sprinkle a spoonful on it when mixing cold dishes and salads. It’s great~

Then make the stuffing. Of course, you can cook the potatoes and drumsticks while kneading the dough to save some time.

The meat of three drumsticks must be more than 100g. The excess can be torn into shredded meat and added to the stuffing to increase the taste. (How can I, such an upright person, eat it? Hehe)

Okay, the crust and stuffing are ready. Next, the two should be combined~

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, and divide the dough into 6 equal parts.

Brush the mold with some olive oil to prevent sticking.

Sprinkle some low flour on the chopping board to prevent sticking, and roll the dough into a crust with a hardness of one dollar.

The crust is relatively crisp, so it is easy to break, so be gentle when picking it up.

Gently put it into the mold and press it in all directions with your fingers to make the crust fit the pattern of the mold. If the crust breaks at this time, it doesn’t matter, just tear off a small piece from the edge and patch it up.

Then fill it with 1.5 tablespoons of potato and chicken filling.

Gather the crust to the middle.

Take 1/5 of the other dough, roll it into a dough of the same thickness and cover the hole.

Press it gently with your palm, turn the mold over and knock it a few times, and a beautiful mooncake blank will be born.

Repeat this operation. After all the dough is used up, put the mooncake blank into the middle layer of the oven and bake it for 15 minutes.

Brush the surface of the mooncake with egg white liquid, put it back in the upper layer of the oven and continue to bake for 10 minutes for coloring.

Ding ding ding, the crispy chicken mooncake is ready.

Cut it open and take a look.

Well, the photo can prove that the crust is crispy. You can’t smell the fragrant chicken filling.

Let Taozi try it quickly.

The following is the method of the second mooncake: steamed pumpkin rice flour skin fish paste mooncake.

If you don’t have an oven at home, you can try this recipe.

Ingredients at a glance:

First, make the batter for the mooncake skin. After sealing it, steam it with the white cauliflower and salmon.

When steaming, be sure to prevent extra water from entering the ingredients, so each container needs to be well sealed before putting it into the steamer.

When the steamed batter and pumpkin are no longer hot, use a spoon to crush them and knead them into elastic dough with your hands.

Crush the steamed cauliflower.

Use your hands to grind the salmon meat into fish paste, and then mix it with the cauliflower to get the filling. Divide

the dough into 6 equal parts and knead it into small round balls.

Roll it into a dough sheet as thin as a one-dollar coin.

Take 1.5 tablespoons of filling and put it in the center of the dough.

After kneading the dough around the sides to the middle, put it into the mold with the pinched mouth facing you, press it gently with your palm, and knock the back a few times to release it from the mold.

The mooncake can be eaten directly.

Because of the pumpkin fiber, the texture of each pancake is unique.

Cut one and try it.

It is full of salmon and cauliflower filling. Isn’t it very special?

It takes half a day to make pancakes, but it only takes 1 minute to eat peaches.

Fortunately, I ate 1 and there are 5 left. If you store it properly, peaches can enjoy it for a long time.

Hmm, the face is like a full moon, a lucky face.
