I forgot when I had the urge to raise a golden retriever, so I began to search all kinds of information about the golden retriever online and did my homework. I started to contact and agreed to go and see it.
Secretly hiding from my father, my brother and I went to the nearest city to see Xiao Jin Mao. When we arrived, it was a barber shop. There was an adult female golden hair squatting at the door of the shop. It was very clever. The owner saw our eager greeting in the past and took us to see the golden hair. There were a lot of golden retrievers in a litter. When I went there, I heard that there were two golden retrievers left. I heard that they had been locked in a dirty and smelly toilet cage for three months. The owner let them out and ran. The little guy was very active and ran around, and he took a sip of rusty water in the bowl. I quickly stopped him. After a short communication, I paid for it and took the golden retriever who had drunk rusty water and left, just because it was too lively. Although it was ugly and dirty, I carried it all the way home.
The little guy was so happy to put it down at home that he ran around and I followed. In fact, I bought dog food in a pet store and learned that the barber was a dog dealer. This litter of golden retrievers must be too thin for less than three months, and the body is not very good, but since it has been chosen, there is no reason to change it.
When I get home, I take good care of it like a child. Eat five meals a day, which means more meals and less quantity. Every meal is a little bit of dog food soaked soft for her to eat. Immediately after eating, brush the bowl with a brush and fill it with water for her to drink. After each meal, wash it before filling it with water, and wash the bowl before giving it to her. Hygiene is very, very important.
In order to let it learn to defecate regularly, take her to a fixed place outside after every meal to make it convenient and shovel away the excrement immediately. Over time, our golden retriever actually flies out every time he eats, urinating first and then defecating.
Every morning, I add a spoonful of calcium stomach energy (calcium powder) to the first meal. It used to have a serious hoof-rubbing. I admit that I liked it too much and didn’t notice that it was an unhealthy golden hair when I watched it. I kept feeding it for more than a month.
Usually, in addition to eating soft dog food, it will be made to drink Meiling goat milk powder, sometimes goat milk powder soaked in dog food, and soon the little guy will be fat.
There is also the awkward period of golden hair, when the proportion of head, limbs, body and tail is seriously uncoordinated, and because the speed of long hair is not as fast as that of long body, it will appear that it has little hair all over the body and has a feeling of baldness.
When changing teeth, I will chew things everywhere, such as chair legs and table legs. Because of itching, I don’t need to buy her a grinding stick, so I will chew the table legs for her.
Little guy, I named it coke, because, because my favorite drink is coke, drinks other than coke are not attractive to me.
